I recently completed a total renovation of my 3050sq home with Jeff and was very happy with the results. Jeff was attentive, taking the time to understand my vision and needs. The whole project from start to finish lasted a little over a year, beginning with the design process, material selection and finally the start of construction. Throughout construction Jeff kept me up to date on the latest progress and informed me of any issues that needed my attention. Of course there were delay's here and there, but Jeff clearly communicated those to me. Overall, I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to transform their home. He delivered on his promise and created a space that feels like an entirely new home.

Jeff and his team did a fabulous job on our complete house renovation. The quality of the work is first rate. We set a timeline and budget for the project which worked well. We were able to make adjustments along the way which did impact the budget and timeline but we agreed to this prior to any changes in the plan. The subcontractors that Jeff used for our remodel were very knowledgeable and experienced and the results were fantastic. Jeff is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very responsive and accessible. One of our challenges was we were not living here while most of the remodeling was taking place. I was referred to JKL Development by a wood floor installer who told me he was the best! I must agree, he was right! Jeff not only facilitated the changes I was looking for, but made suggestions that I never would have even thought of that totally transformed my home. All the subcontractors were people who were conscientious and skilled. I trusted them in my home. Many of his subs mentioned to me how lucky we were to have JKL to our remodel for us. They seemed to have respect and a great working relationship with him. The superintendent over our remodel, Scott, was outstanding! He was responsive to questions and concerns and was always there waiting for a City official to approve the various permits. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Jeff and Scott!! Jeff recently completed an extensive re-model of our home in Summerlin. We extended the house, put in a new kitchen and master bath including moving walls around, added an office and wine cellar, re-plumbed, and much more.
